1) Enrollment & Registration

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full or partial payment of course fees and submission of required documents.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of enrollment.

2) Payments & Fees

• All course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
• Late payments may result in penalties, suspension from classes, or withholding of results/certificates.
• Fee structures and discounts are subject to change without prior notice.

3) Attendance & Conduct

• Regular attendance is required for effective learning and eligibility for certain certificates.
• Students must maintain respectful behavior towards faculty, staff, and fellow learners, both online and offline.
• Any form of misconduct, cheating, or harassment may lead to suspension or expulsion without refund.

4) Use of Study Material

• All study materials, notes, and resources provided by Academic Origin are for personal educational use only.
• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or sharing materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5) Online Platform Usage

• Your account credentials are for your personal use only and must not be shared.
• Academic Origin reserves the right to monitor usage and suspend accounts for misuse.

6) Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of enrollment by visiting our reception in person. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

7) Limitation of Liability

Academic Origin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes.

8) Changes to Courses & Schedule

We reserve the right to modify course content, faculty assignments, class schedules, or delivery modes (online/offline) when necessary.

9) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, course content, and materials remain the property of Academic Origin. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10) Privacy

Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand.
